We invite applications for GETs Candidates must meet the following
criteria :
• 10th and 12th – 60% & above
•
BE (Mechanical or Production) - Aggregate of 1st six semesters equal
and greater than 60% (Not more than 2 semester percentage less than
60%, none of the semester percentage below 55%)
• No year
gap
Location: Any of the manufacturing units and sales offices
Job Description
All GETs undergo a comprehensive induction and development program
of 12 months. After this, the GETs are assigned to jobs in
manufacturing, sales and support services like manufacturing
engineering, quality, supply chain application engineering etc.
Development
Development comprises of the following –
Familiarization of the organisation in the first 15 days,
Two assignments of 22 weeks each wherein they work on
projects and/or on the job in two different departments. Assignments
given according to the candidate’s area of interest and
profile.
Mid-year and closure induction
After successful completion of the one-year training they are
absorbed as Assistant Managers. To facilitate excellence in one’s
own role and equip the individual with cutting edge tools and
techniques, the employees undergo competency-based trainings. Fun
forms an integral part of the learning process at SKF and thus we
have a lot of activities where an element of fun is integrated along
with the learning initiatives.
